Hi all more issues lol.

I've changed my coil springs on my multi since noticed rattling badly narrowed it down to the anti roll bar if I hold it I can rattle it so I'm guessing bushes have gone. I know fiat say you have to buy the full bar complete with bushes. But on eBay you can buy multipla bushes for the front anti roll bar. My question is can you replace the bush yourself I've looked and it doesn't look easy lol. Any advice

Yes it's real easy... Two bolts each side basically.
Give them plenty of penetrating oil and a scrub of a wire brush before you attempt cracking them though.
The heads of the bolts are 13mm i think and they can be reached using a socket through holes in the subframe.
Be careful not to drop the bolt or it will be lost in subframe... Blu tack in the socket will help.
The steel band that sits on top of the bush is either spot welded or wrapped (I forget exactly) but a quick blow of a chisel will release it.
Lads on here have removed their anti roll bars completely with no ill effects reported so don't stress too much!!
Marty.

Thanks for the reply. That was my next question can I just remove it or remove the drop links I have my wife and 3 kids in the car though?

Yeah take the lot out.. Obviously don't go rally driving but others have reported no noticeable handling change.
I though wouldn't take that chance for the sake of a Tenner.. Put up with the rattle until you can Greg them would be my advice.

It's not the money that bothers me it's doing that job it's self lol and I bet garages want daft money to do it lol. I'll order the parts today then see where I go from there thanks for your help cheers
