The round one is a phone kit aerial. The blue one is a mini-iso connector, probably for a CD changer (have you got one under your passenger seat?). It should be plugged in to the back of the car radio. If someone's replaced the OEM radio, it probably won't fit the new one.
 
Hi nope no cd changer under seat but the previous owner replaced the stereo so it probably went with the original stereo. Just glad the cables are not another problem lol. What does a phone kit aerial do? Thanks
 
The phone aerial links to terminals on the (radio) roof aerial. It would have linked to a phone cradle. If you've got any holes or bent bits of trim on the dash, that's probably where the cradle lived. Back in the day, some folks actually cared about getting a good signal for their phone......

The phone kit was an optional extra (as was the CD changer), so the original buyer must have had a few quid spare burning a hole in their pocket.

Really now that would be perfect for my car as the roof Arial is hopeless where could I get one from? Or have you got a link to the website
