Can anybody shed light as to why my headlights flash when I squirt water on the windscreen? It's a 2005 Multipla Dynamic 1.6 petrol. Thanks.

Do they actually flash or do they just dim a bit?
Mine seemed to do that and then I realised that it has headlight washers and it was spraying water on them.

As above.
The headlight washer spray makes it look like the lights are dimming for a second.

If you want real wonky wiring, you'll be needing a Renault
My old Espace went through a phase of killing the ignition circuit when the wipers were on, as well as many other little faults. :bang:
