I have seen this repair manual on eBay and was wondering if anyone could let me know if they are any good.
I have the new design 2005 JTD elegenza

Also, my clutch (103k miles) is sticking going into 1st and reverse and the garage have told me that the clutch is starting to go and once it gets near on impossible to put it in gear, she'll have to go in.

I also seen this clutch kit on eBay, is this all I need, I was told that a dual mass flywheel needs to be done at the same time. What's that?

Mr Clutch came up at about £350 but no mention of dual mass flywheel.

Advice anyone?

A dual mass flywheel is like two thin flywheels with rubber in between, it helps dampen the clutch and provide smoother (easier for girls) pullaways.

The rubber perishes and vibrations set in.

Real men have solid flywheels and can still pull away smoothly while wearing flip flops and no seat belt.

So when you have the clutch done it's easier to get the flywheel changed at the same time. It's about 150 quid for the solid flywheel. 'Cos if you don't it'll probably fail a week later.

Doing the clutch without changing it is a bit like having a bath but putting your dirty pants back on afterwards.

Classic :)

I kind of like putting my dirty pants on after a bath!

But echo the changing flywheel as it will just be false economy..
Also worth changing the gearbox input shaft oil seal..about £10
