I love the thing, let's hope next year is cheaper.

Blooming eck. That's a lot in a year. Should not cost you anything next year bar a general service.

My first year is up now, so below is what mine has had :

New Front Discs and Pads ( Mintex )
5 Year Service inc cambelt / tensioners / Aux Belt & Pulley / Water Pump
New Bosch Battery
4 New Continental Sport Contact 3 Tyres
2 New Front Springs
New EGR Valve
New DMF and Clutch
New Front Flexi Exhaust Pipe, eventually ( 8 Week Lead time for a Multijet, 2 Days for a JTD ) What a difference.
Front Wipers
New DPF Heater Sensor

Now big jobs are out of the way, the next year should be far less hopefully..

Yeah, you should be good for a couple of years now. :)

My list sounds a lot but it probably all cost less than 500 quid.
Plus I have driven the thing through 14 counties in a year as well!

I knew it was coming.......

Had to have the trailing arm bushes done today.

Parts and labour 130 Euros,

Not too bad. :)
