Hello!

Did anybody managed to remove back plastic cover from middle seat, front or rear?

I would like to remove them so I can clean them and paint them and so on...

Thank you!

Sometimes, someone has to be the first to find out how to do it.....

When I put the seat heating in mine, I asked here if anyone could advise on how to strip the seats. I didn't get any replies, so went about it 'blind'.

If you do have a go, make sure you post some sort of guide afterwards to help others, if possible with some photos.

Just had a look on eper. It's not very descriptive, but it looks as though the bottom edge of the covers hooks onto some part of the main seat structure, then the top is held in place by two push in clips (I call them fir trees) that are held semi-captive in slots on the cover moulding:

Just done mine, to replace cracked ones.

Working at the top edge of the plastic, gently lever up the top edge of the plastic and at the same time push firmly down on the foam.
you will see the two clip fittings, lever these upwards with long nose pliers or a screwdriver , they will pop out with a click !
Then pull the plastic gently & directly towards you. It comes away very easily.
Replacement is a reversal of the above Simples !!

Hello!

So it is possible! I knew that Fiat engineers did make some way of removing it but I was to afraid that I will brake something. I will try it these days and will post pictures!

It is done! Without braking anything:

Seat is down. Pull cover to front and then just try to pull out back end (little to the front and up). It is clipped to metal bar (pic1). Simple! Multiporter thank you!!!

I don't know yet... first I need to clean it very good. You know that rubber **** that fiat uses? I have to get rid of that then I will think about color. Suggestions are welcome :) I already painted some parts of interior with Ivory color.

Interior plastic paint - Fiatforum

Maybe something ivory with combination of gray...
