Hi I'm a newbie I've just got my multi and every time I go ova a speed hump it's banging/ knocking and when I turn a corner also.any advice or help would be great thanks

Hi,if the noise is from the front,its most likely your drop links,about £13 each easy job. It may also be your anti roll bars bushes and maybe your lower wishbone bushes.
Noisy clunks/thunks from the rear are probably your rear sub frame bushes.

Just to be sure. Grab hold of the Anti roll bar and check for movement laterally. ie. Pull it back and forth along the width of the car. This is where it knocks.

Just packed my roll bar bushes today...was amazed at how much I could move the bar side to side!! And yes that's where it seemed to be knocking...didn't have much luck sourcing new ones though and I don't fancy paying £25 for 2 bits of rubber!
I did buy a pair off ebay for £6 which said they were for the multi...but they were far to small even though the diameter was correct

Hi again guys I did check my arb on it's lateral movement and there is a lot of play there so I went on eBay and bought some bushes from France they took 8days to arrive and I'm going to try and fit them on Saturday so I'll let you no how I get on with them thanks for the advice.my new problem is 1 of the cables from the handbrake is stuck on and wore my pads down:bang::bang:
