Guys, this morning I was removing the rust of my cigar lighter (multipla 1.9 diesel 2003) using an screw driver. I did not notice that the ignition is on and unfortunately a short circuit was occurred between the screw driver and the cigar lighter connections. I only noticed an spark and after that the lighter died. I am guessing that the lighter fuse has been damaged and needs to be replaced but the problem is I don't know where is it?
I have checked the two cigar lighters on the dashboard and both of them are not working.
Does anybody can help me and guide me to find the cigar lighter fuse? thanx

You may have resolved this by now, but you need to look in the glove box above the steering wheel. There is a removable tray, and underneath are all the fuses for the majority of components in the car. The owners book details where the fuses allegedly are, but in my 2004 car, the locations are hopelessly incorrect. Your best bet would be to get the fuse puller, and work at them one by one until you find one that has blown, although from memory, they are the blue fuse, however again this might well be different.

Actually I found it using try and error method. Firstly I followed the fiat instruction but had no success to resolve the issue then start to pull out the fuses and see which one is faulty. I found both of the front cigar lither fuses are faulty and replace them with new15A and 25A fuses.
