hi just got given this alloy wheels by my brother for a silly price(y)

http://www.alloywheels.com/product.asp?P_ID=2073&V_ID=113022&strKeywords=4x98,4x100%20et35,4x100%20et37,4x100%20et38,4x100%20et40,4x100%20et42,4x100%20et45&strSort=Low&Make=Fiat&Model=Multipla&strSize=17"&TyreSize=2054517

tyre size is 205/45 17 and pcd is 4 stud x 100 m
they fit multipla on paper and i already bought a set of tuner variation bolts plus the right size spivot rings and i know that i have to take the 2 bolts off that sticks out from each hub but has anybody done this before and is there anything that i should be aware off??
i need 4 tyres for my car so as i only paid £120 for this brand new wheels is cheaper for me to fit this on than get 4 tyres for the 15"...:D
thank you in advance for the answers

The Multipla came with factory fitted 17s. They were 7,5 x 17, ET 31,5. Your ET 38 could be a bit much, as there's not much room on the inside of the wheel. I would just try to fit them and see how it works. If it doesn't rub anywhere, you don't need spacers.

Concerning the two bolts you have to remove - just remove them. This means that the brake disc will be allowed to rotate compared to the hub, which will be quite annoying when you're trying to get the holes aligned when mounting the wheel. I would replace one of the bolts with a bolt with a normal head, so you don't get this problem. This is just to make life a bit easier when changing wheels. If you don't have any bolts available it's no problem to just remove the original ones.

You can buy GRP copies of the 'Abarth' (did Fiat actually sell it as this?) front bumper from a couple of places, such as:

http://www.madmotors.co.uk/bodykits...pla/mm-fiat-multipla-abarth-front-bumper.html

There was another company doing them for less than that but I can't find them ATM. Not many places do the rear bumper, but to me it (i.e. the rear one) looks pretty naff compared to the OEM anyway. The 'square nose' Multipla rear bumper is nice, but I don't think it will fit the earlier models.

By the looks of things your wing mirror stubs could do with a bit of love. I took mine off, rubbed them back to bare metal (got rid of ALL of the white oxidisation or the paint wouldn't key properly) then primed them with:

and top coated with:

http://www.screwfix.com/p/plasti-kote-metal-protekt-metal-protection-paint-matt-400ml-black/22150

Nearly a year on and it's still looking good. No sign of any paint lifting yet. The appearance is very close to the factory stuff.

Yes thank you.
I did see that bumper for sale but they dont do the rest of the kit! (Side skirts and rear bumper)
I have an original fiat brochure and there is a picture of a multi with a full kit and it looks very nice...if i just put the front bumper it wont look good. Ill just have to keep searching and see if i get lucky...yes i need to sort those mirrors and i thank you for the advice, but as you can see from other thread i have to sort rear suspension arms as priority...
