Hi to all fellow multipla owners,i have just bought a fiat multipla 105 jtd elx v reg and i am having a few problems with it (only had it a couple of days),when i bought it the handbrake light would not go off but i have solved that one by putting brake fluid in it,I have a school run every morning and when i start the car in the morning it refuses to get into gear when it does eventually get in to gear and the car is warmed up it is fine any suggestions as to what it could be?(if it helps a yellow coil light stays on for a few minutes).
Also i find it has no umphhh (wellie) couldn't get anything more than 80 on the motorway driving it back home from buying it (i was doing 60 until my hubby who was in his car in front pulled over into a service station and told me to put me foot down to see if the turbo has gone or not,so we could take it back) but i loved my car at first sight so that was out of the question.Any advice i would be very grateful. Thanks:D

Yellow coil light is probably glowplugs, this should stay on for a few seconds until the glowplugs are hot - If it's staying on for a few minutes one or more of your glowplugs aren't working, not really an issue until the weather gets below freezing.
Lack of power could be a number of things but EGR valve and MAF sensor are definitely worth checking, MAF sensor should be close to the airfilter box on the airtube to the turbo, disconnect the plug and see if the car runs any better.
EGR valve you need to research on this forum as there are plenty of threads dealing with this.

You also need to check all the air inlet side for leaks, if the turbo is pushing air out through holes/cracks then you won't get any power.
