Hi All,

Multi ('05 JTD) just scraped through the MOT - apparently the radiator support crossmember is so badly corroded the radiator could fall out at any time!

Anyway, one of the front wishbones is also on the way out and so I thought I should pre-emptively change both of them - is that sensible (or just change one)? These seem to vary significantly in price from ~£70 for 2 on Ebay to £93 Shop4parts to £111 Buypartsby to £145 Eurocarparts. Anyone know if the quality of these vary massively and if the ebay ones are a no-no. Normally I have just bought all my bits from shop4parts.

I guess the tracking will need to be redone afterwards?

Buy genuine bottom arms, ive just had to replace an andrew pages one after 10k and 8 months. Its also shreaded a tyre due to the ball joint failing. Not to mention the drop links due being bent. The original ones did 70k before replacing. I guess that the other side will fail soon aswell.

Which ones did you go for?

Shop4parts in the end as I ordered the radiator support bracket from there as well.
