Lots of things to check on Multi's but well worth it, very spacious car which handles reasonably well, economical (Diesel) and fairly easy to service.

Front suspension, check for play on lower wishbones as this causes front tyres to wear out very quickly. Coil springs, prone to breaking so check these.
Drop links (connecting front suspension to roll-bar) wear out ball-joints, check for play.
Anti-roll bar bushes perish, any clunking/thumping fron the front when on uneven surfaces could be anti-roll bar bushes and/or droplinks - haggle.
Discs wear out so check front discs for wear, if there's more than a 3-4mm ridge around the outside then haggle.

Plastic trim is fragile, so check boot floor trim and outer rear seat trims.
Check all seat-belts are ok and retract properly, prone to retraction being too slow.

Check the pollen filter is present and in reasonable condition.

Check electric mirrors retract and extend.

Check airconditioning works (if you've got it), might need a re-gas or might be more serious such as compressor seals gone or condenser corroded.

If diesel make sure engine pulls cleanly throughout the range and no flat spots or hesitation.
