I've had a search and can't quite find what I'm looking for.
My neighbour changed my rear wheel bearings - car is now much quieter.
Unfortunately the ABS light is now on.
After searching here we concluded that the plastic ring on the back of the hub (over the magnets) is perhaps supposed to come off, so we've done that.
And the light is still on.
Is it possible the car has remembered the fault even though it is no longer there, or does the light definitely mean the fault still exists?
Any help much appreciated.
