Hi there-my multipla has a loud banging sound at the rear drivers side whenever I go over a bump, it then settles down-would this be the shocker or rear suspension bush?

take the body out of the boot lol, the best thing to do is visually inspect the area, and have someone jump up and down in the car to see if you can track the sound

could be subframe bushes, sounds more like a knock, mine are gone too.

trailing arms tend to make a cracking sound, could be these too.

or youve just got a shock gone.
