Technical Fiat Multipla Service Indicator

Recently had my Multipla serviced at non-franchised garage.Anybody know how to reset the service indicator apart from going to a main dealer?

Had a similar problem myself last year. The dealer took 5 weeks to find the answer!

They did tell me. but as is usually the case I have forgotten, BUT, I have found the info at http://www.e606.co.uk/fiat/ once at the site click on the service reset button for the full details.

If you look on the Multipla owners website or forum, cant remember which now sorry, there was a posting just over a year ago with pictures and full details of how to reprogramme the ECU.

start at

I seem to remember the post was from a girl possibly called honey furlong but dont quote me.
Suggest you search from feb 2004 as it was just after i bought my multi that i found it!
It may even link to her website with the details...not one hundred percent sure now!

Mine just went off after a bit - the FIAT dealer munchkins forgot to reset it!

Go to menu screen.
Scroll through to service.
Scroll untill mileage left untill service/service expired.
Press and hold the 2 smaller buttons together untill the mileage is reset to 12500.
Exit menu.
