Hello All
I've been reading various posts but as yet can't find anything that really helps me out completely, so I am hoping that somebody out there can point me in the right direction.

Multipla 1.9JTD 2000. Abs light staying on. Hubbie changed all sensors, light went off for after initial start up, drove for about a minute and light came back on and has stayed on. Local garage read codes yesterday, which pointed to a loss of signal on rear drivers side. Garage turned the code off, and when re starting engine ABS light went off and stayed off. Drove about a minute again and now light is back on.

Hubbie has checked bearing and there is no wheel shake, but would that be a conclusive test? Any ideas, help, guidance gladly accepted, as next step will be a very hefty garage bill which I cannot afford.
Thanks All
Carin

Often a full Fiat examiner diagnosis is required,I understand what you are saying about hefty bill (set a hours diag limit on it) but the 4 sensors you fitted would of cost you a fair bit.

Thanks for the advice, will probably have to do what you suggest.
I didn't think that the sensors were that expensive really at £20 + VAT each.
It was worth a try in my book anyway.

Reading from local garage said no signal received from drivers rear wheel. Just wondering whether new sensor could be faulty........

Thanks
Carin
