Beast of a Marea UPDATED New wheels.

OK guys got a chance to clean the car properly today and Thought it was about time I did a proper thread here.
So heres my Marea
2.0 20v 155 VIS engine
HLX spec

Now as some of you know I and a couple other members will be going on the Modified Gumball in the summer. So I'm looking for all comments good or bad.
Although if your going to be negative please give reasons!

Engine bay so far I think this is complete anymore may start to spoil it
What do you think?

I cant get a bumper for the rear of the car so am thinking about colour coding the bottom of the standard one?

I'm gonna need to refurb my wheels aswell thinking about a colour change but haven't got a clue about what to change them too.
Any ideas?

I have also Been thinking about sideskirts aswell and front exstention or maybe just colour code black bits the length of the car along the bottom.

This is why I love my Marea!
exhaust note under load.
Note this is without having to hammer it!

So what do you think?
Looking for some good ideas and honest feedback. Cheers!

Custom.
They don't do stainless steel Marea exhausts of the shelf!
They don't do much for Mareas of the shelf!
Makes them a bit of a pain at times.
But hey atleast they are different!

Nice one Beast, not a fan of the battery cover, but see where you were going for, if it was plain, or had the proper fiat logo, or was aluminium it'd look pretty. But cracking all round!

I've thought about painting up the FIAT logo and the 20v VIS, was it hard? What paint you use, any probs with temp? I removed the engine cover the other day and sheered one of the torx bolts.... oops Need to get the Dremmel Out and Cut a slot in it to get a grip on!

Re: Beast of a Marea

clean as my plate after a tasty dinner
looks and sounds very healthy.

shouldnt the back box be raised a bit closer to the bumper? i'd double check its secured ok.
i wouldnt paint the black part on the back bumper, it matches the other black bits nicely.

Yeah the more I look at it the more I'm wanting to change it.

Not hard just time consuming. Blue and silver are just fiat touch up paints
the red was a Halfrauds mix to match the exterior! Brilliant match as you can see!

Thats how it sits Had plans on a rear apron when I got it made up. Getting it raised has been one of those jobs I have been meaning to get sorted for a wee while. ( 18months )

Know what you mean. Only planning on doing it in conjunction with the other black bits.
