Re: My Stilo..

I think that's a very good looking Stilo; you've done a great job,the body kit and the exhausts have been fitted very neatly and overall the car looks very profesionally put togeather, well done; it's not always easy to have a body kit put on and make it look profesional!!

As for things to be done; well the door handles definatley have to be painted as should all the plastic strips around the car (it'll give the car a better quality look!).

The only thing i'm not sure about are the wheels though; i don't think they're the ones that suit the stilo best; you need something with less curves and straighter lines. I would suggest you get the OZ superturismo (lik ethe ones on the GP kit) in 18', they look really great with the stio's shape and with the brembo brake syou want to fit they won't look too big!

Also i might add that the car look svery high at the front and quite low at the back (i can only supose that's down to the speakers and stuff you've fitted); maybe you can get that sorted by fitting a lowering kit (30mm eibachs are very popular; they're not too low and they'll also improve you handling alot). Though they won'tcompletely fix the difference in height between front and back they will level it out quite a bit more ('cause they're stiffer than the originals) and they'll meke the car look alot better, specially at the front)

Congrats, great car!!!

Cool Re: My Stilo..

What an unusual colour I cant say I havent seen a dark green one before I can remember a time though when British Racing green was all the rage and everyone was having their cars resprayed that colour'

There are still loads you can do to the car you might want to consider things like braided brake hoses and a strut brace and as stilo multijet has already said do something to leval the car it is no doubt the weight of the ice thats doing it in the rear if you want some links for the bits ask we are here to help just bought the hoses and I've been a bit busy of late and havnt had time to fit them so I need to get that done Your car though is coming along great and is a nice example of a modded stilo dont be a stranger on here get your posts in and welcome to the MASSIVE get your name down in the thread "HOW MANY STILO'S" Welcome to you

Re: My Stilo..

If it's enough to lower the back of the car, wouldn't you find the weight of the 'ICE' (speakers and amps) enough to hurt the performance?! Acceleration would be slower and fuel economy worse. It would be like carrying two extra passengers around. Why would you do it?

I've got a carbon-fibre sub, two amps, and Kevlar component speakers - and I've left them all out of my Uno Turbo because I know they'll hurt the performance - now not sure what to do with them

Re: My Stilo..

First Green stilo i've seen and i actually quite like it, and i normally dont like green at all!

It looks good, i agree with the others. I'm not too keen on the wheels, multispokes look awesome on the stilo. I had a set on mine when i had it Colour coding the bump strips and door handles would be good too

On the whole though awesome looking motor

Re: My Stilo..

looking very good chap! good job

I like the wheels, maybe a bit bigger, 18" but i like the style, most would avoid them for the stilo, but you've had the ****** to go for it and i think they look good. What about chaging the colour of the spokes to black/anthracite and having the polished lip around the edge? i think that might be very tasty.
