what sh*t did you have with it? mine scrapped its bottom end seems a common problem.either they run forever or scrap the botton end on a regular basis stuck an engine from a lancia thema in it which iam still in the process of finishing.weather the main stumbling block]btw, where's your h/light wipers?

Re: 2.0 16v Tipo

had lotsa work done to the engine: cams, port polish, pistons, different vernier pulleys, lightened flywheel, air filter and a gas flowed (whatever that does lol)! been lowered not sure how much but its on springs only and it stupidly bouncy so i think coilovers for cars birthday! needs work done however to get it running 100%.

all the spring does is stop the shocker from oscilating.get the shockers on asap.i hope with the lightened flywheel, you had the flywheel, crank and con rods balanced as one unit? if not,you will have bottom end problems.

Re: 2.0 16v Tipo

yep. luckily when i bought the car i got all the reciepts so i rung the garage where it was done and asked them what had been done as i was a bit suspect. they said that everything has been done perfectly and that they was never going to work on a 2.0 tipo again as they are such sods! is this true??

yes. some engine builders will not touch them.yet others say no problem with them.mind you, there are engine builders and rip off merchants.i would ask your engine builder if the bottom end was balanced or not.
