So I have just bought a cable which fits the Back of the radio (blaupubkt my03) and I know it's receiving signal as when I plug it into my phone and play music my phones speakers don't play so it's no loose connection.But I cannot get my radio to register it as aux I cannot find an aux option anywhere so currently my aux doesn't work at all.

Does anyone know how to get an aux cable install to work?

Quick note that cable I purchased is an adpater so that I have an aux cable as originally I didon't not have an aux input at all.
