Hey Steve cars looking good, where did you get the stickers done?
I could do with renewing mine :)

The tank did you go for a sporting plastic tank?

As for the GT's left they have drastically disappeared lately but I'm the

Owner of 3 yellow ones haha :D 2x GT 2's and 1x GT3

2 on the Road 1 off the road (y)

Thanks Craig, I had the stickers done at a local place that does all sorts of signs etc , the set I bought from Italy were total crap so they had to set them up manually which was expensive to do but was worth it as they are as good as the originals , I can get some more done now they have it set up if you need some [emoji1303].
The tank was from a 60 s , I’m sure they are same on all the other models except the gt . very lucky to have 3 they are disappearing quickly .
We are attending the fast show at santa pod next year in April and there are 26 gt’s booked on the owners club stand [emoji1303]

Yes I would be interested in getting a set if that's possible?

Though that was the way to go plastic tank. Lucky I have been keeping up with the Cavity waxing so the tank is still good but I do have a Sporting that I'm using for parts for one the GT's and was thinking the Tank should fit nicely.

Yes I will come along to the Show, what Date is it? Will See if I can get a mate to bring my other one along also (y)

Yeah no probs , I’ve got to get some more sets done for a few others . The sporting tank will fit , you just need the straps that hold it up to the floor and grind two of the old mounts off from the chassis of the gt [emoji1303]
The show is 14/15 th April, we are only going on the Sunday 15 th , I don’t think you can get on the club stand now as the 30 tickets are sold but you may get on if someone can’t make it .

the cars all polished and detailed ready for the santa pod show , I hope no to get it too dirty on the way there [emoji23], I’ve had some new number plates done same as the original dealer ones that had faded and they make the car look new again [emoji1303]

They could have at least cut the grass lol.

Yeah[emoji23]the organisers said it should have been cut before the event [emoji849]think they have had a mitcar show there before , was a good show loads of different cars , a couple of x19s and a classic 500 too .

I had the rear brakes looked at yesterday as one side was sticking a bit , all cleaned up and working fine now , ready for the mot next week . Also I’ve had a slight-buckled wheel for a while ( pot hole probably) that’s been bugging me so I’ve picked up another set and had them painted up a slightly different colour , tried one on while the wheels were off . not sure what the original colour code is it’s like a blue/grey ? Hi Steve hope all is well.

What colour did you use on the wheels?

I have been looking for the standard colour code for years, cant find it at all as yes the standard colour is an Anthrite with a tinge of blue in it.
