Spent a bit of time cleaning the interior of the Marbella and the seats are shot.

The front seats look fairly easily replaceable but are there any options for the rear?

Mine is the flimsy hammock type and the cushions have collapsed and the poles are uncomfortable.

Cinquecento, Uno? There aren't many Pand rear seats for sale of fleabay.

I know you lot can be quite inventive so what have you done?

The "flimsy hammock" type seats aren't a straight swap for anything else, not even the more substantial seats from a more upmarket Panda model. No doubt you could fit all sorts with a bit of ingenuity but there's no advantage looking to other Fiats they are totally different. VmanC does a mean line in fitting Alfa seats to the front, but he usually uses an upholsterer to re-do the rears to match, and I think the subframes he does to fit the fronts are designed for the mk2 style seat runners so even they won't be compatible for yours. For the rears you'll probably need to try and rescue what you've got and get inventive with re stuffing and supporting as best you can, or pay some pros to do it.
A few well placed scatter cushions maybe

My front seat runners are both on the floor, not welded to the side as per WD car so may be able to get something.
