Panda 4x4's are rare, and those few available are not in my price range at all.
A Panda Cross is not available either, only when you order it new.
Next up would be Panda Trekking's, a white one, and one in Orange, poorly equipped, and pricy as well.

Now, I like the idea of those Trekking jobbies. Problem is, I don't usually do credit so I am limited to what I have available in the balance too. That's why I've only got an older Easy.

First i have to wait what insurance payout i will get, then i bank it, and then i will sit on it for a while, and then i will take my time to decide what next.

The only way to go for your second-hand customer. Especially if colour is important (and if you had a Turquoise, I know that it is). Hold out until you find The One. Another Turq would be great of course, but that Infatuation Purple is really nice (though even more rare). Hope you get the right one for you at the right price.

40 offset. Would these fit my 2016 Fiat Panda 4 x 4 with say 205 x 45 x 16 tyres? Or is the offset too great and I will get rubbing? Thanks.

Yes, that will rub on the rear inside, and against the front strut, you need at least 10-12mm spacers to run those wheels.
