Stilo Swirl's Stilo Luigi

Introduction

So to make it official you have to have a members car thread so here you go, I picked up last week with a couple of issues mostly all sorted now, its a 1.9 jtd dynamic multiwagon, being looking for one for ages, then this popped up with skyroof, full leather, full electrics and split tailgate i had to have it, plenty of pics will follow (y):):worship:
Nice car buddy, I've been looking for a mw to replace my ageing 3 door but they're aren't that many nice ones about down south. Hope you got a good price too?

Nicely done My Swirl hope the wheels serve you well, made me think that now I have had my jtd m/w just over 6 years now and we not be parting company till one of us has a major heart attack, we have experienced a few minor mis-haps in them years but nothing that can not be fixed with added bonus of lots of friendly help on the forum here, trust yours is equally good to you,,

Think you will find this thread very interesting for you..check the car and owner

Great forum and a great bunch, got rid of a vectra 3.0v6 cdti sri for the stilo, bit of a difference in fuel consumption and the stilo is generally all round much more practical for the kids/dog and long miles a week, hopefully with only now 84k on the clock it serves to be a trusty stead over the next few years, ive done 250mile since monday and all is well (y)

Yep sure is a good all round motor the m/w, was similar miles on mine with 86k when purchased also a 53 plate, you may find the egr valve needs a clean or blanking,

For general maintenance is easy enough to work on if your handy with the odd size spanners fiat tend to use, cambelt/tensioner/waterpump are do able with handy info in guides section.
Good you found a motor that ticks all the boxes for you, check you got a drop down tray on the back of the seat, it will give your dog something to chew on ..or the kids :)

Hi yes its had a cambelt and waterpump 12months/6k ago and the egr has been blanked off,;) im pretty handy with the old spanners so should be a good bus, my 5 year old has found the pull down tray she liked it that much it come off in her hand :bang: out of the 3 cars she wanted to go out in the stilo today as she likes the gadgets (y)

Nice wagon, I'm liking the tone of Luigi's blue paint.

I know this is an old thread, but having sold our Multi wagon a few years ago I have definitely missed it. It may even belong to someone here? Reg is AV53RRX, it's still out there somewhere.

With this in mind, I think I may have to look at getting another this year as it was so practical.
