When you say pull off dude can you explain how you mean lol sorry pal
The clips pop off, you have to get your fingers in the grill and pull it towards you, don't try and pull the whole thing at once though, start from the sides and work your way in. There's probably about 6-8 clips all together. I find sticking my knees into the bumper as you pull helps. Otherwise you feel like your going to pull the bumper off. The first clip will test your patience. As they are tough and you think you're going to break it.

One more question regarding the front top grill,is the badge removable and then to replace it?
One bolt on the back of the grill and badge comes away, It was the first thing I did when I bought the car. Changed the badge because it was all white and misty.

Man poo myself it's like the bumper just going to go pop,what edge like the outside edge on the end.what happens when it goes?
It won't all come out at once. Once the one pops you can follow it around the edge and pop it off one at a time, start with one end (one closest to the headlight either side) get both fingers in it. And pull. Don't yank it. Just gently add more and more pressure until it pops. Once first ones out it's easy,

Okay okay,so i been wanting to do this for a little while now and wanted it done by a pro as I wouldn't want to mess it up, mathewr1990 did his and I liked it which spurred me on even more to do mine I wanted it gloss to match the grills wing mirrors and fog surrounds so here are some before and after pics.
Let me know your thoughts......
