My blue and me adapter has recently for some strange reason stopped working. The rest of my blue and me functions are working correctly i.e making and receiving calls

I have tried loads of different leads, genuine apple ones and normal ones from other shops, they all work inside my house charging up my phone, but just wont seem to connect in the car.

Has there been some recent update i need to install? If so, how do i go about doing it or how do i find out what version of blue and me my fiat 500 has?
