Grande Punto My First Car (2006 GP 1.2 Dynamic)- thoughts and tips welcomed

Introduction

So I just got my first car; the 2006, 1.2 litre Dynamic Grande Punto. Colour scheme will no doubt raise a few eyebrows with certain members, but I think it could work with some nicer alloys (fiat ones, not aftermarket I don't think).

Looking to upgrade the seats to the orange sporting Punto set so if anyone happens to have seen a set online, or knows of a set going, please let me know!

I'm not a boy racer, not looking for it to look like something it's not. Just want it to look refreshed, modern and sleek really. So any details or ideas you guys have will be very much appreciated.

Cheers guys,

Max

Welcome! (y)

I actually quite like it... -- especially as it's that bit different... -- and would be interested to know what it would look like with orange wheels...! :D

Not a GP owner: but know quite a few on here -- who will no doubt be along, later to proffer their opinions. Don't worry -- they don't bite...! :)

BTW: whereabouts are you based...?

PS: A badgeless grille will help with the sleekness...!

I like it dude I used to have the orange theme on my gp as homeward says a badgeless grill really does improve it :) you ever thought of orange wing mirror caps to? P.s homeward I cheated when cash was short and painted my trims orange to didn't look appealing think I have a pic somewhere which I'll try and find out they soon came of after being done :D

homeward - thanks for your welcome! Happy to be here, obviously! I'm based in North Wales mate, not far off the border mind, about half an hour from Chester and an hour from Liverpool?
Thanks

puntoboii cheers man, appreciate it! My thoughts exactly!
@stephenoo cheers buddy, yeah still looking into a suitable set.

Yeah I have thought about wrapping the wing mirrors to further the colour scheme, anyone done this before and have any recommendations on what to use?

Cheers again guys

Hi
I have the evo lights :) the way I installed them was to cut away the plug holder and simply rotate the plug 180 degrees and then plug it in :) easy, but then I wanted to get rid of the light on my dash so I added resistors but they got so hot i removed them! So I just live with the light on my dash, if your willing to do that then its a walk in the park ;)
A little teaser..

RyanBox cheers for that mate, really useful actually. Been trying to install them today and the set of wires in my cable loom for each rear light are different colours to the set used on the guide on here? Did you experience this problem? Didn't want to cut them from the plug until I knew which wire went where on the new evo lights. Included a photo to jot your memory maybe!
