I have a hankering for some 16" alloys powder coated white.
Might wrap the wind mirrors in white to as it will help stop the stone chips :/

I think the wheels you have are one of the best designs in the range. The ride on 15" wheels is also better than on 16's. You could get them painted white.
Personally I'd leave it as it is... If you paint the wheels and fit white mirror caps it will look like a colour therapy model.
Too much white may also make the cream roof look out of place.
Have you got 'fiat' valve caps fitted? : P

Yeah we got chrome fiat tire caps,
I was thinking of getting the current alloys re shoed with winter tyres and getting these http://bit.ly/10K8zR7 but two toned with white and polished tops.
Just want something. Little different.
I do love the alloys as they are and your right the ride is certainly
Better for the 15's.
It's just that want for something extra.
Shame the factory stickers don't seem to be holding up very well :/ although if try become completely pants we will replace them and checkers done in the Italian flag.

We have a Mini Cooper 2012 special edition with huge anthracite wheels and a mk2b Punto in silver which is very non descript
we did have a Mk2b punto Multijet hgt until Feb when my other half drove it into an audi, which is why we now have a Mini

Yours is only the 2nd volare blue with white checkered stripes that I've seen, apart from mine. In fact, I've not even seen the same combo in the flesh, only on here. Looks great
