Grande Punto My Red Grande T-Jet (Daisy)

Introduction

I fell in love with it when i first saw it and knew it had to be mine.
Ive done a few small mods since owning it.
Xenon look headlight bulbs
Abarth mats
Yatour music changer
Chrome indicator bulbs in the headlights and side repeaters to get rid of the fried egg look
Forge motorsport induction kit
Powerflow backbox
De-wipered, de-badged

Im a big fan of keeping the car clean as well.
Future mods are coilovers and some different wheels.
Re-vinyl the A and B pillars as they are awful.
Vinyl the numberplate bit between the grills.

Anyhow, pictures from when i first got it, to now. (Nothings changed really  )
For anyone thats interested, here is my 'back box' or pipe haha!

Great GP mate looking awesome! Whats your exhaust setup? standard mid silencer and this pipe? have you used a larger pipe throughout? how is the sound?

Hi bud, cheers for the comment. Its just a standard centre section with this pipe on the end, its standard size (not sure what that is) and it has a nice growl to it but is rather quiet at the same time.

Just a quick small update, my wheel centre caps came today so went and fitted them but it was dark so my dad held the torch for me and kindly pointed them out for you all hahaha!

Looks loads better now. And the tyres not flat its just how the cars sat on the kurb.
Only thing letting them down is the rusty bolts so I've bought these! Should be here soon.

Cheers chaps and chapesses :)

Hmm sounds interesting. is there anything inside that pipe or just a straight through pipe? also did you notice any gains from getting rid of the back box? i guess this is a less restrictive system you got there

Nah, just straight through, i didnt notice any differences in power, no. I just wanted a little bit of noise to be honest!
It does sound nice but I can't have it really loud due to my working hours.

Awesome looking car mate :) as you know I also have a red tjet, good to see how they can look with different mods/wheels e.t.c, I also have an exhaust pipe like that...glad I'm not the only one! Love the sound, I also have a decat too, and surprisingly it's not stupid loud either :) and it throws flames out occasionally ;)

Do you have a completely straight through exhaust?? Mine is just a piece of pipe from the standard centre section to keep noise down haha!
Would love it louder but ill upset the neighbours when i start work at 6 in the morning haha

Thats a good idea what you've done!! Bet it sounds pretty amazing! What bhp are you running with the vl36??
Ill keep my eyes peeled tomorrow :)

Well my mate had the same mods as me and rolled 158bhp at the wheels then he had it mapped upto 194bhp 220 ft/lb so I'd say around 155-160bhp but it's off for mapping soon, forge intercooler, gsr induction, vl36 turbo, then the exhaust :) so I'm hoping it will be 190+ when it's mapped :)
