The Punto - my first car

My First Car
Below are some pictures of my Punto, although it isn't modified from the manufacturers specification its still a nice car. And as its my first the insurance didn't need to be too high so i went for the 1.2 SX. (£1300 insurance with Liverpool Victoria, £1978 with Norwich Union).

The reason for the car being on the front lawn is we had three cars in the drive, the car is also off the road untill the first of June when it will be taxed. The photos were taken on the 24th May this year and not in 2002 (date stamp on photo).

Let me know what you think, does anyone have any clear side indicators as the orange ones are odd from the standard clear ones at the front? - Cheers in advance.

Cheers for looking guys, hope to hear from you soon

Sorry I can't give you an exact address being at work and all, but I know for a fact that you can get clear/smoked/silver side repeaters on ebay quite easily.

Smile Re: The Punto - my first car

As regards to all the questions asked:

Cinqy man: The photo's have now been changed to the originals, hope this helps

Dave: the bush isn't to near the vehicle, its just there isn't enough space on the drive (mondeo -ewww, and the Astra Turdo (not turbo) estate), you see. Its being cared for so don't worry, i'll pat it for you.

Dark Circult: If you could give me a web addy or something for the company that would be kind of you, i have had a quick look on eBay, but would rather fund a company not making millions.

Does anyone know where you can get some side repeaters?

Also how do you get to the rear washer jets?
(there built into the wiper)

Re: The Punto - my first car

Try Fastfiat for the indicators... Not the fastest delivery times but ive had no probs..

Click on the link above...

I think you have to click on the fast fiat logo at the bottom, then its under Punto mk 1 > Body Styling > Lighting

Re: The Punto - my first car

Any news on the rear wiper washer locations?

How much will a head gasket cost?
