The italian stallion!!

Hi guys! welcome to my new thread, i started one a while ago but it didnt really work out lol, this is all about my little red punto, Ive had the car for about two years now but ive never really got round to starting a thread, so here goes! Its a great little car, shes never let me down once and its awsome to drive!! ok its not very fast but i love the way you can just chuck it into corners!! haha, its only had one owner from new when i got it and it only had 59,000 miles on the clock! its in mint condition and i'd already started doing things to it, heres some pictures of when i first got her:

Then i decided to get some alloy wheels, which i thought looked awsome at the time, but now i look back they do look a bit chavy lol

After the alloys i sort of run out of money for a bit lol, but i wanted to keep modding my car so i decided to do something cheap and cheerful and painted the brakes!!

Then I saw a nice set of HGT dials on ebay, so i bought them and they plug straight in!! because my car didnt come with a rev gauge i thought it would be a good idea to get them:


Then i saw a nice sportex back box on ebay that was quite cheap, so i bid on it at the last minute, and i won!!

Suggestion: Body colour sporting bumpers!

Another nice pic of when i cleaned and polished her, she comes up so clean, and the paintwork is in such good condition!!

Then i decided that the car was a bit too high so i decided to lower it, unfortunately i dont have any pics of when i lowered it, but after that i decided that the wheels were a bit too much and they were halfords specials lol! so i bought some fiat coupe 20v turbo alloys and got them refurbished in gunmetal grey, this is how they look:


And this is how she looks now with my new HID headlights and my new wind deflectors, sorry about the picture quality, it was taken on a mobile phone:

I do have some more plans for her after christmas, ive just bought some abarth bumpers and sideskirts to go with my abarth spoiler so soon she will be looking colour coded and awsome!!

The Coupe alloys are 10x Better

Try some maintaince items next

Like gearbox oil
Undersealing the car (prevent it rusting) - if any rust found - clean it up now before it gets too bad

Yeah ive done all that, the gearbox was refurbised at 59,000 miles as the diff went, and i service it every 4,000 miles as im a mechanic

I am!!! i collected my new abarth front bumper last night thanks to a fellow fiat forum member, ive already got the sideskirts and the rear bumper, i just need to get them resprayed, i cant afford that till after christmas though:bang:

My newest modification that i fitted today in this terrible weather!!

Looking good so far. Thought about having the mirrors and door handles done as well when you get your Abarth bumpers painted?

yeah i think i might try and do those myself, ive been looking at the guides but im not very good with a spray can
