Cheers mate, they're in the paint shop at the moment but i cant really afford to get them yet because my power steering has just packed up :bang: I should be getting them back about the end of feburary ish, ill post picks as soon as ive got them back, I just had a look at your thread too and your car is looking great too mate!

Hi guys, I havent posted on here for a while so I thought I would upload some pics that I took of my car today, the weather was quite nice so I decided to wash, polish and wax it, let me know what you think!

Do love Red cars for when they are treated correctly and kepts a nice deep red

Yeah that's the good thing with mine, the paint has been really well looked after, its been garage all its life, I love the wheels but I can sort of see what you mean they seem to look a bit bigger on a computer screen compared to how they actually look in person, I think they look awesome on the car!

Yeah I do love those wheels, I like them because there unusual because you dont see many punto mk2s with coupe wheels, you should see how far away I park from curbs because I dont want to damage them lol
i just need to find me a set i will also be getting them anthracite :slayer:

Yeah man nice one! Don't forget you need 15mm spacers and longer wheel bolts on the rear otherwise the wheels rub on the shocks and you need slightly longer wheel bolts on the front because there alloys, you cannot use the standard steel wheel bolts because there too short!

Well a pair of spacers with longer wheel bolts was £55 and the alloy wheel bolts for the front were about £8, also you should really put 195/45R16 tyres on the alloys as there lower profile than the ones narmally fitted on a coupe and they may set your speedo out or rub on the front.

Looking good man, I do like red cars as Ziggy said if they looked after well unlike my previous car back in 2011 was a nice red but didn't really look after it so it faded so much by the time i scraped it
Couldn't help notice you tinted the rear lights, have you gone over the reflectors?

Thanks mate, the paintwork is in really good condition because the car only had one owner from new before me and he always kept it in a garage, and yes i have tinted over the rear reflectors but its ok because im going to be getting some mk2B rear lights soon because I dont really like them

I think I like the alloys actually... The side view, it makes the whole car look really sharp and pointed, looks cool.
I think this is the first punto I have seen where I couldn't imagine it with CC bumpers, better without, even the side trims look good left on. I would probably tint the rear window to a similar darkness as the bumper, and de badge the rear if it was mine though...but it aint!
