Please help, my 2004 Scudo will not start in tempratures of -1degree C or colder, changed glow plugs but did not help. Engine turns over but will not start. A short run-start normally works. After that it starts easy on the key no matter how low the temp goes.

is your starter turning over fast enough if not will not start i had one like this starter was turning over alright but not enough to start engine but once started it would start all day
