pics of cars i've owned, plus new stilo

so now that my stilo has *finally* arrived i thought i'd put up some pics of some of my old cars and my new stilo

a daewoo lanos "gtr", ok i know daewoo sucks, but it was a special edition from the manufacturer with leather, momo steering and gear knob, modified engine (1.6 with 150bhp), lowered, kit, freeflow exhaust you could stick a pineapple in, etc, all factory fitted, and it went for a good price. ok, don't be put off, keep reading, it gets better!



old shape audi a3 1.8T... saw it on a used car dealership and fell in love when i opened the boot. now that car had sound. plus it was chipped, with a full kit, and those 4 exhausts were a bit over the top, but hey, i was young!



alfa 147 selespeed... i was still young with money to burn, so i bought it new with every piece of kit that could fit on, but i still think it was a beauty!! bought my place so i had to sell it, but it had 18" wheels, ms-design kit, sunroof, and the babes digged it



bought this 1998 uno turbo second hand in 2002 and i still have it. it was pretty standard and low mileage so it was a great deal. yes, they still made the uno turbo in south africa till 1998. i have done some colour-coding, mags, exhaust etc, and its still the fastest car i have owned. the suspension is only lowered in the 3rd pic, the others are older



the punto i got last year, it was really cute, even if butt-ugly from some angles. hadn't done much because it was still new, just leather interior, tinted windows, and rear-spoiler. gave too many problems though, so traded it in for a stilo



and finally, my new baby, 2005 stilo abarth. this car and the uno turbo are the ones i still have. just got tinted windows, leather, pdc, easy go. still needs suspension lowered and decent exhaust, but i've only had it 4 days!

Very nice, although the Lanos might have been sprightly it is one ugly car even with the kit.

Nevermind though cos the cars that followed more than made up for it!

What kind job pays for all of them? Just wondering so I can get one.

how much would it cost to ship one of them rust free unos to the uk, and what price do they sell for over there?

Its bn reliable never broke down, never missed a beat, apart from the wheel trim fell off!! Everything works!

Anyway daewoo dont exist now its now chevreolet, plus when the lanos came out werent they owned by GM?

lol! well in my experience the lanos weve got has proved to be a reliable school kid taking, baby seat having, pop to shops for groceries carrying workhorse!

that reminds me....anyone wanna buy a lanos

Lol i learnt to drive in that car....hence driving a fiat!!

The reason we got it was it was low mileage and was an ex mobility car and was a bargain!

were gettin rid of it and dave it pains me to say this as i am literally banging my head against the wall but....they are considering a cityrover to replace it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
