Thanks for your comments. You're right, Patches, the Mk II didn't come with these wheels, but they're my favourite so I bought them and had them fitted. I much prefer them to the multispokes.

I think I will take Steve's advice and start a thread about my B - I enjoy reading other peoples'.

Love broom yellow (mine is shine grey) and prefer the facelift to the original so will follow your thread with interest. Hoping to make a number of mods this year to make mine just what I want. If the plan works, will start my own thread.

Hi blu73,

There are a few minor differences between Mk I and II, but the obvious thing is how the bumpers look. Compare mine to the one here.

I see you have a nice Punto GT. I used to have one of those - yellow of course ;)
I loved it! I often wonder if it is still going...

Here it is too...

Thanks, I love my GT, she's quite special, so rare to see an original one now, i'm currently returning it to completely as it came from fiat ;)

you can check if it still has a current MOT, its not the be all end all but if it has a current MOT then you can be mostly sure it is still on the road.

Just stick the registration and manufacturer in here ;)

edit: quite like the facelift B, don't think i seen one b4 in the flesh, makes it look a little less boat hull like at the front (no offence to early B owners, they are still very pretty)

Thanks for the link - looks like the GT is still around :)
I've wasted the whole evening looking up every car I could think of - most of them no longer with us sadly - had fun doing it though.
