to be honest, I love it! Having traded in a 1.4 active for this, it's quite a difference :yum: and i do love hearing the turbo whistle filter through the window

but... I've just been taken for a spin in my Mums new Boxter S Black edition... and I felt a bit silly when i got back in my evo! (still love it though )

Love it please don't mod it and spoil it

Was around Brooklands last week and curbed an alloy..

Two days later, had it refurb'd and all sprayed black... Kind of a spur of the moment thing, for £180 all in. It's something I've wanted to do for a while and personally think it suits the Evo.

I almost got this done as I purchased mines with a curbed alloy. Personally, Im glad I didn't now. Got them a glossy gunmetal and after seeing yours in black I don't like it as much as the original grey colour. Might have looked better on mines with the panoramic black sunroof and black wing mirrors, guess I will never know Still a lovely car though mate, get the calipers painted red!

Fair enough mate I've been considering getting the calipers painted yellow.. I've even bought the paint, but just don't know if it will suit. I just can't imagine what it will look like, and will only know once they've been painted!

try yelow, if it doesn't look right, buy another colour

I painted my astra calipers lime looked nice and different

Reckon yellow would look quite good buddy! try just photoshopping them yellow roughly to give you an idea. Id get some nice black wing mirrors for your car as well, will set off the alloys I think.
