Panda Unassuming Panda Multijet

Introduction

Here is mine... unassuming, but important. Getting me to work every day :¬)

Panda 1.3 Multijet in blue.

I like the blue colour.

Remember, although these engines produce their maximum power at around 4,000 revs, max torque is from 1,800 all the way, virtually flat, to around 3,500.

In town I usually change up at about 2,000 unless I need to get more of a move on, in which case 2,500 usually does the trick, whereas on open National Speed Limit roads you can take it all the way to 4,000 where it's also totally happy.

Nice Colour & you have the later darker interior which helps.
Over 100k on mine now great car for the money & a decent drive once you understand how to avoid getting bogged down in the non turbo part of the rev range though I think it is under tyred on steel wheels standard alloys not only look better but calm down the nose heavy under steer.
Enjoy & have you managed to find a decent garage to maintain it as it is an important factor I found as whilst they are very reliable there are a couple of things which will go wrong.

Hi Joe1962. Thanks for the comments and sorry for the late reply, I've had computer problems.

Anyway, yes I've found a local fiat service centre who's labour charges are £10/£20 per hour cheaper, Travelwise Consett, Co.Durham. Very happy with their service too.

Thanks again
