haha i was thinking about putting a decepticon badge on the vito. its a bit big though, its always subtle on a 'real' transformer lol

transformer badge looks tacky beyond beleif. remove it lol.

Thanks for all the comments guys im glad you all like the car but atm i got a problem with it if anyone can help me out with basically its leaking oil underneath it and i cant see where its coming from and at the top of the engine there seems to be oil just behind where the oil cap is and before you all ask yes the oil cap is one propely if anyone could help me out it would be a big help

only real thing it can be is a leaky rocker cover gasket, replace it with a new one or if its not too bad tbh leave it they all leak from there when the gasket gets old

its easy to replace, but awkward to get it on properly so it doesn't leak i find.

it can be left for a bit. but it may gradually get worse and worse. just keep an eye on it. rocker gaskets are like £5 or summut on ebay though

well time for a update on the car me thinks had a good look at it this morning and sadly its not the rocker gasket thats gone on the car its the head gasket instead

how do you come to that conclusion?

had a look at the rocker cover gasket and it looks brand new so i kept on looking round the engine then saw a leak from the head gasket was dripping down onto the sump :/

headgaskets dont tend to leak to the outside ?? rocker cover gasket can look brand new and still be fubarred. in any case now youve had the rocker off you should replace anyway. only real way to tell a HG is a compression test

well to play it safe i have now got a new rocker cover gasket and a head gasket on the car now so no problems i hope for a while
