Grande Punto My Grey Grande Punto Sport.

Introduction

Thought id start a new thread as ive changed lots of small things and lost track of it all, but basically im back where i started :p

this is how it is now

At the moment its on fk coilovers (which im really surprised at how well they perform) about 65mm drop all round
i think the rears need spacing about 10-15mm and then drop the front to 75/80

Went for 16's a while back but looked horrible so went back to the 17 dezent motions (looking for a trade with 15 spoke sporting wheels if anyones interessted?)

Engine is standard apart from a K&N panel filter. no point wasting money on the engine as i wont get any more power :(

Also changed alot of audio, now ive got:
Rockford Fosgate P1652-S 16.5cm Front Comps
Rockford Fosgate P400-4 Amp - Powering the speakers so i dont need a HU
and a Vibe 1600w Black air box in the boot
It now sounds very nice, quality speakers for vocals and good for bass (y) really do rate rockford stuff :)

Future Plans:
Adjust Suspension
Rear wheels Spacered
17" 15 Spoke fiat alloys

thats all, Any comments/suggestions welcome
Re: My Grey Grande Punto Sport

little update

got some black sporting alloys :) with bigger tyres so they fill the arches more (y)

i should be getting them resprayed in silver or matt black in the next couple of months, but for now they'll do :)
next is to get the wheels spaced, maybe lower a little bit more and possibly a de-badged grill?

let me know what you think

i had mine down once on 90 and it looked like it was just on lowering springs but it was too low to drive anywhere!

i think i might wait for a used grill, try it and if i dont like it re-sell :)
sometimes i see them and they look great, but other times they just look a bit odd

Also:
just bought some spacers from mattboulton
lowered the front another 10-12mm
added black bolt covers

next plans - a for sale sign (need a diesel for commuting so hopefully going to get a cheaper m-jet) so if anyones got one for sale or wants mine, pm me (y) its a 2008 active sport with 18k on the clocks

Looking nice mate! not to keen on the badges tho :/ think the original red adds a nice contrast but each to there own :) good luck on finding an mjet mate keep us updated on how you get on

Alloys look good, nice to see something other than black or white, they look a lot darker off than when on, or is that just the camera/light? If/when my need a refurb that'd most likely be my choice of colour, though I have to admit its partly because I'm lazy and you wouldn't be able see the dirt on them as much.

tbh i only really like the front as its a light tint but my back badge had loads of condensation in and i was trying to hide it :p

Would you part ex your alloys for mine?
if they dont suit my next or i want a change then yeah (y)

its a really odd colour, it changes day to day :p sometimes they look really dark and sometimes look silver :S but bad news, they show dirt just as much as silver :(

great looking car, i would be tempted to put black abarth badges on :p
im not a fan of putting abarths on as the only people that know what the abarth logo is, would know its not an abarth :p

thanks :) thats whats making me keep it,cant find a m-jet in this grey :(

as its now staying i thought id treat it to some new stuff :)
*Got some wind deflectors for johnlad27
*ill be painting the window pillars (where its vinyl'd) in satin black
*and i got all this:

for a boot build, im keeping it simple and just going to have the speaker in the middle of the boot floor with a guard so i can put stuff on top of it :)
