Looks nice mate , Like the wheels well nice in the dark paint , Are you going to take handles of to paint as I am going to do mine to ,

I have a HGT in Yellow and a Sporting in silver ... I have done some painting in the engine bay have a look :)

You have to heat the plastic sills either with a heat gun or hair dryer, then try and remove the excess glue which is a pig to get off. i tried using t-cut, alcohol, wd-40 and deodarant haha. it just takes time and elbow grease but gives great results.
how did u do the grill on the silver sporting?

Thanks for the info mate I was going to use the wifes hair dryer just need to know if they were suck on , Well done will have a go ...petrol is best to get the sticky stuff off ,

I got my grill`s of Ebay buy two get one free ...about £25 u will need two for yours so will have one left over , I did the back and front of my HGT Abarth and had one and a bit left over so did the wifes , You need to take of the front bumper just 9 fixings You be able to do this on your own in no time then just cut the mesh to size with a 2 " over hang and cut the corners so it will lay flat and shape to the black grill size , Then put small screws in each corner dont go all the way in as it will come out the front.... just to hold the corners then get a mastick gun and use a strong mastick , I used clear , you can leave the screws in put plenty of mastic round them to hold in place , Job done put bumper back on injoy the new look (y) will help with the rad to with small stones as I think the Sporting grill has way to big holes to damage rad.

booked punto in for colour coding mirrors and door handles next wednesday :slayer: will put pictures up as soon as its done..
also painted my wheel dust caps today cuz i was bored, doing my wheel nuts 2moro ..

It was quite easy getting it down, however putting it back up was the tricky part, when taking it down the A pillars just clip off the B pillars you just need too unbolt the seat belt connection and the C pillars are the same but you have too unscrew the speakers to get them off. Overall the hardest part was putting all the fittings back on but the results are worth it.
