The focis induction kit sounds beautifulllll, but its making the engine tick over all bumpy ?!?!

anyone got any ideas why ? might move the cone to the front of the engine bay ?

dnt put it over the engine it will be 2 close to radiator and it will just be sucking up hot air all the time trust me it wont be nice at all

i moved the induction kit to the front of the bay, it runs much nicer now

Just little update ATM, gave her a clean today as the weather was amazing

Also, fitted the induction kit properly, then took it for a spin, sounds much nicer

Short off money atm, until my cheque clears... not sure what to do next.

Would anyone be able to shed some light on these alloys? i got them £40 with new tyres, but thy dont fit on standard bolts :S

Looking good, I'm at a similar stage with my 5dr Same colour too. I've had a focus kit on now for a good few months, no trouble if it's all nicely sealed. My alloys are arriving this week

Hey, sorry for not replying earlier. I took my car to a paint company (Rainbow Paint in Dorset) to find the right colour and got a code of 666 from their giant book of old fiat colours. Used this for cc'ing mirrors and matches perfectly. My car does have the blue interior though so it may not be the exact colour of yours, hope it helps.

I have the paint guy coming round on weds, his is removing my bump strips and fixing all the bits of paint, will be 2 door panel re-sprays

only £30, cos my dads getting a full re-spray. so hes going to chuck that on top for £30

i used e-tech tint spray on the lexus lights because its meant to be glossy look but turned out slightly glossy so i just used about 2 even coats of clear laquer made them shine

on my original lights when i tinted them i used savage tint spray that was meant to be matt...but in fact it was the same as e-tech lol so i added 3 coats of laquer to it and fine shinny

dnt forget not 2 spray over ur reflectors or if u do dnt forget to sort something out for ur mot lol

yeah any clear lacquer, but u dnt have to lacquer them i dnt lol

Just a small update with pics to follow tomorrow, i failed at tinting my side repeaters, the tint spray just rolled of the lights ????????

Puzzled me lots, and im now hesitant to do my rears, as the side ones look crappp, i have hycote tint spray but its really runny ?!?

did u key the lenses for the paint to stick, and did u spray light coats or try to do a heavy one? oh, and did u degrease it?
