Introduction

Hi all,

After reading these forums for a while and posting the odd silly question here and there, I'm proud to say I finally own a T-Jet :D:D



Standard for now but I do have plans for it:

Looks

  • Tinted tail lights
  • Tinted/Abarth headlights
  • Black Mirrors
  • Black Alloys
Handling

  • Coilovers (Either JOM or FK AK)

Performance

  • Forge Induction
  • Forge Intercooler
  • Abarth Turbo
  • Some sort of custom exhaust

I'm open to suggestions though, if any of you have any ideas on what else/different to do to my car then feel free to let me know :)

Love that exhaust, sorry I'm refering back to page 3 but i've only just stumbled accross your thread - and wow!!

Sounds and looks awesome, is the sound cause of the exhaust or what!? And what Coilovers you got mate, how much is it dropped?

Sound it a mix of the exhaust and the gsr intake, exhaust is 2.5 inch cat back with only a single centre box and 4" exit. Must be louder now David has a de-cat like me (y) and iirc its on eibach sportlines not coilovers

I'm pretty new to all these cars as I'm having my mum's GP so I'm just learning atm :p but yeah, your car looks mint too :slayer:

He pretty much hit the nail on the head! I wish it was on coilovers, it is just on sportlines, bit high at the back!

Yeah I should get a new exhaust video up of how it sounds now, perhaps sometime next week!

have to keep an eye on the competition (y) just wait till i can get back down to have the map tweaked i have all the same parts as you now including the fmic :D RACE

Yeah when you get the FMIC on you'll have everything I have except you have your modded BOV. Will be interesting to see what the difference is! My map is getting tweaked next week as well ;)

Yeah I had a rebrand of my YouTube channel so I deleted it, sorry!
 
Update!

Finally managed to sort out all my ICE! It's taken me a while due to my non-existant knowledge of amps/subs/headunits but it was a good learning process and thanks to a lot of help from people on here I'm quite proud of what I've achieved. :)

All the wires run under the false floor so they're all hidden.

I also recently bought some Abarth 500 seats off Matt Boulton (for those of you who remember him). However I'm not too keen on them so I decided to take them back out. I'll be selling them soon.

I did use the opportunity with the seats out to give the car a good hoovering, and I even found 10p! :D

Just fitted my custom fiat badge on the boot. Not sure everyone will like the colour scheme, but you'll see tomorrow when I take a pic in the daylight :)

I'm honestly not too keen on them, the fitting is a bit of a pain as well.

Haha sorry, my fault for saying 'ice'. Yep it's come along quite nicely since then, pretty much finished now since I think I'll be selling it come summertime. If I was keeping it I'd probably get it dropped on coilovers and do my headlining in faux suede.
