Re: Time to wash the car?

mines done around 400motorway miles, and a good 100 on country lanes since its wash. I think its time to invest in mudflaps.

Anyone know where i can get some nice plain black vinyl stylé ones?

Mine too - seems the dark metallic red turns a nice shade of brown after a day! As for mud flaps - well I got the moulded Fiat ones for my Bravo last year, and it made not an ounce of difference. The rear was still brown!!

yep, that what i keep telling myself

I have decided on becoming more creative than washing it now. i get a cloth and then rub of the dirt in streaks along the side so that it looks like flames

A variance to this is to do short streaks down the side and it makes your car look like its going faster!

Re: Time to wash the car?

i dont like people writing in the dirt on mine, or anything like that - dont want it to scratched my already faded, knackered paintwork
