The lights are these:

http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/product_...d=525&osCsid=46ffda4b8a57279ec084055cd279556b

Only sidelights, and i've disabled the dim/dip of the main bulb when the sidelights on because otherwise it ruins it!

The interior light is from the same site

ooo, and heres my vacuum gauge:

What do you think people?

nah, i took them when iwas back home at the weekend. If you look at the last pic, you can see my mates smart car with its 17" Merc wheels hehe

I had a set of these "UltraLEDs" LED sidelights a while ago, they looked good but the p***ing things hardly lasted a month before one started flashing and the other just died  and when I bought them this warning wasn't even on the website:

"Please note because the Leds are plastic they melt and fail (flicker) if placed to close to the Main headlight bulb (less than 3 inches away) - I will not exchange any bulb that has failed due to heat damage."

They didn't actually melt, just packed in, and its not even worth trying to get a refund.

they corrupt when uploading, i blame uni internet :(

il see how long they last

MOT is due end of dec, or januray not 100% sure which

you had a look at the vacuum gauge vid?

to stop the dip beam coming on with the sidelights, i took the fuse out thats next to the dip/dim relay. if u look at the fuse box, its the obivously seperate 7.5A fuse

Yeah the pics are slightly garbled. When i was on campus (in lancs) last year this used to happen when i uploaded stuff. It was the fault of the uni network.

its better than the std one, but its still crap for lighting the inside of the car - part of the reason i have blue cathodes all over the place!

i might look at making a reflector to go in the light too - or get something custom done

Will take some pics.. Shame the headlights aren't easier to get to... Last time I had to take the whole unit out to replace the bulb...
