Cheers bud. I do have another set of standard tail lights, but I really prefer the tinted ones, at night sometimes they look like they could be part of the body work

Yup, that is next on my list, but atm I'm having to use a wing mirror from a 5 door, thanks to someone running into it Might see if I can liberate some sporting ones instead.

As for engine bay pics, she's a bit dirty under there, recovering from a oil leak, need to give it a good clean.

dont park in most car parks if you do remove your side rubbing strips, they protect the side of your car from other doors.

nice car

Re: My Punto

taking off the side strips on my mk1 was one of the best things i did to mine its easy, theres a guide to do it, and there are no holes to fill in. if your lucky, all they need is a little bit of heat from a summers day (or a hairdrier) and they will pull right off.
but then it depends on your tastes, and TBH the strips on a black car really dont stand out much.

lots of people say that you will get bashes from carparks once you take them off but if you take care when parking, (ie watch out for the likely ones such as middleaged mothers and old people) you will be fine, i never gave a thought to where i parked, no-one ever scratched my doors!

Re: My Punto

I like it, I like it a lot

There's a thread in the Punto section about rubstrips. If you're lucky, Fiat forgot to put the mastic type glue on there and you'll be fine. Otherwise you're screwed
