He doesnt have the money to "own" 3 cars. They just sit there and so dont cost anything.

Why not sell all of them and get something that will actually be insurable at a sensible price when you actually pass your driving test?

Personally I really can't see your logic. You can't drive yet, and you're buying cars to sit there and get abused by your local yobs. When they could be doing what their meant to be doing and being driven by someone who needs a car. How many cars can you drive at the same time? Unnecessary damage being caused here to perfectly good cars IMO.
