comment welcome, obviously its not going to be very bodies cup of tea

yup, tis very neat, lots of OE stuff on there, and some other manufactuers OE stuff FTW.

red its an unusual colour to see on a mod'd punto, but looks good now you've sorted the fading out and that :D

one tiny wee suggestion....

aerial, get a sei sporting one, they are shorter (about half as long) and thicker and made from a rubberised whippy material rather than the faded black coatahnger metal you have now. cost you a quid in a scrappies and they make it look TTTTTHHHHIIIISSSS much neater :worship:

i love red the colour and think black and red work really well together only problem being is such a bugger to keep it red thats why im looking into the respray for it, thanks for advice on the ariel il go on a hunt down the scrappie soon

Nice looking Punto you have there! (y)
Reds not really that hard to look after its just a case of using the right products.
Decent T-Cut and polish followed by a good long lasting wax and then you'll only need to wax it every few months. :)

What do you mean you have taken of the abarth badge on the skirts. I dont know about the black alloys as well to me they just look like wheels with out the caps on from a distance. Front splitter red.. YES!!! Tints... YES!!!
Other that that the car looks PERFECT :D ;)

yes son thats a good lookin motor(y) .....now if u did all the work urself thats bloody good 4 an 18year old look after it(y) ......the mk1 is my choice ido like the way they look:D

Looks good, except, from the pics, I can see a 101 different shades of Red. Apart from that, nice looking car.

instead of respraying it (which unless you strip it to a BARE shell is gonna look pants with overspray and mismatched door jams everywhere and dodgy rubber bits) get a really good car detailer to polish it up professionally.

and then sod wax, get some good quality syntetic sealant on there. I used to use all sorts of natural wax's (some upto £30 a pot, not massive amounts, but for a cheap runnabout, a lot) only to find they last about 10-20 days in the harsh conditions I live in (a farm, surrounded by shtty roads, and does lots of miles in nasty weather/roads).
with a few syntetic sealants I've used they've literally lasted 3months or so before you notice the beading has stopped. and the whole car has gone about 2shades of green darker (for the better) and its covered up (with some clever use of coloured wax) some faded/darkened/weakend bits of paint here and there.

give it a try, a GOOD proffesional polish will cost you about £80-120. and if your not happy they'll usually try some alternative products to bring it up.
a GOOD respray will cost you £600 upwards PLUS labour to strip the body down:bang: and a lot of places won't let you do it yourself, as they're tightwads AND they want the car done sprayed and out ASAP, not standing aorund in their yard with boxs of kit all over the shop.

Nice car mate, like what you've done to it, looking at getting a spoiler and that same splitter for my own. the splitter fit right on, or did u have to cut it/modifiy it much?
