Hers is a blue CL :)

This one's mine.

If this works and doesn't cause too muck flack I may post pix of it, when it returns.

Looks nice, very nice [8D]

Can I ask you a sort of anorak type question though please? :I The four buttons on the dash, next to the air vent; for rear wash/wipe, hazards, heated screen, and rear fog light - do yours have a little step at the bottom, or are the buttons flush?

I apologise for such an odd question, but it arose yesterday when I saw the buttons in Steve's 'G'-reg Panda, and wonder if mine are a feature of the '92 onwards model.

Cheers

Paul

Hi Paul

re the switches:
yes they have the step at the bottom.

Also they are (very dimly) internally lit, unlike the CL, which has flat topped buttons which you can't find in the dark [:(!]

Thanks for that John ;) Mine aren't lit though ;) I've had them out more than once and there aren't any bulbs there.

My god, all the Pandas are coming out of the woodwork now :D

Spose it's time for me to admit then that I used to have 3, yes 3 Pandas!!!
And one was beige!!!
I'll have to find the old pics when I go home in 2 weeks.

Very nice photo John ;)

As for Fiat still making the Panda; as far as I know they are, but sadly it's the dying days now. They're still being made for the home market and can be seen on Fiat's Italian website but I'm afraid it's all in Italian!

They've all got the 1.1, and the Panda 'Hobby' has 155/65/13 tyres ;)

Incidentally, take a look at the Panda 'College' and you'll see that, like the Seicento Sporting I borrowed, it's missing a temperature gauge [:0] How cheap! B)

The thoughts of a new one is interesting..
but I've got to the age where I've given up new cars - partly financial:
two daughters going through college/uni.
plus they don't pay me nearly as well as they used to - So called market forces.

The other reason is the irritation the dents and scratches cause me on a new one.

The white one was really bought for my youngest to learn in - she's short, and the Panda fits her quite well.

Enough for now -
