Francia Blue.

Only the 1.6 and 1.8 (Phase 1 but in T/Spark flavour) were available in this colour.. so yes, probably pretty rare. The beast dropped a waterpump and wrecked its head..

Fixing it with a recon'd cylinder head resulted in a valve problem. I suspect the "professional firm" that refurbished the head didn't notice a cracked valve-guide.. anyways, cue a lot of oil in the exhaust and flooding into the inlet manifold.

It's still waiting for me to fit a new (seconda mano) cylinder head which to quote my mechanic ".. was working okay when the car it was in ran into the ditch..." which ought to finally get the beast back to life.

I think if it wasn't that colour I would've scrapped it... but it's just properly handsome..
