Hi, well since May i have finally gone and made my own pictures of my vehicle rather than using the rubbish quality advertising pictures.

Baught it in may for £175 from Doncaster, origionally registered in Sheffield.
Its a 1990 model with 843cc engine and 4 speed gearbox. 46000 miles on the clock i think it was when i got it. (maybe 47000)

Felt powerless coming 200mile journey home.
Got home did a service and the engine is fine and works very nicely. Had to do some work on it for instance, the cooling fan had been bypassed to run whenever the ignition was on. Got thermo and wired it up works nicely. Baught some parts like wing mirrors and pods and my dads Digital Radio.

Doing some work on it if it passes its next MOT, then i'm working on the back and its rear quarter panels.
Good car for 175 in my opinion.

Definately my friend!

Red is the most common in Britain though i think, most of the ones on ebay are Red. My mother once had a very nice purple-blue colour Marbella in the late 90's. Now that was a good mixture colour!!!

I have only ever seen red, black or white ones. I'll keep my eye out for the purple-blue one, sounds cool!

Hi BM, now you've got your mot what yer gonna do to it?

Hehe, is that a request? :)

Well, there's some stuff to do. I want it to be origional as possible really. I've been spraying the wheel trims, and when it's sunny I want to fill some dents (two on columns) and then be spraying over the back and of course the columns. Still looking for both 'Marbella' and 'SEAT' decals. I found the part numbers for both of them and I am going to call the dealers tomorrow to see if they still stock- at the back of my mind I got a feeling that they don't but they did say on their website that if they didn't have a part, they would get a part! I hope that's the case.
I'm gonna get the sticky outie type badges :)
Part numbers:

SEAT: SE028590110 G
MARBELLA: SE028590150 A

Blurredmans SEAT Marbella

I have so many chips on the doors on my Marbella..

Makes it look worse if I polish the car because then the dents, scratches and chips become alot more obvious! :(
